The Flat:
A two-storey flat with 3 double rooms, 2 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Wood flooring, double-glazing, wireless Internet (unlimited broadband connection), plus a shared collection of DVD! I am moving out only because I am moving to Oxford in June!

Rent: £400 per month (exc. bills) paid monthly directly into the landlord’s bank account.
Bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, Internet broadband + phone): £45 per month.

Contract: 1 month deposit is required.
You can replace me on the existing contract for your peace of mind: the agency has been quite flexible with people moving in and out as long as they find a replacement.
