It is on the 1st floor in a Victorian house. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 big living room and a modern fitted kitchen (washing machine, fridge, microwave, gas cooker).
The flat has all the original features: fire places in all the rooms and a wooden floor. It is really lovely and has been redone recently.
Location:
It is a 5 min walk from Kilburn tube station and buses 189, 32, 16,216 and C11 are a 2 minutes walk from the house. Bus 139 is a 10 min walk.
There are some great little pubs, restaurant and shops in the area.
The price includes the rent and all the bills: gas, electricity, phone line with night & weekend calls, council tax, water, TV license, sky and broadband.

I work in finance, enjoy art, books, movies, Latin dancing, yoga, Pilates, wine and great food. I am speak English, French, Greek, Spanish and a little Italian
You:
Preferably in your early thirties, professional, non-smoker ( sorry I am allergic), clean, tidy, have some of the interests that I have, enjoy food and wine, and could see the house as a home and not just somewhere to crash.
Also a good sense of humour would be great as an open mind.
I know the ad sounds a bit like match making but we are going to live together so might as well get on….
